Last month, over the weekend, I had a water pipe burst in the ceiling of my office building. Since it happened on the weekend, nobody was there and so it ran until the ceiling in the kitchen fell. Monday morning when I called Accutech, they were at my office within 1 hour, and in around 2 hours, had the excess water soaked up, and approx. 15 fans and 3 dehumidifiers running. We let the machines run for 5 days, and it completely dried out the floor/walls. The following Monday they sent a restoration crew, and in TWO days, had everything patched/fixed/painted, they did a GREAT job! I highly recommend them.

I wanted to share my experience with your organization. I have never dealt with a flood before and was horrified in what to do next. When I called your office I spoke with Katrina, she was the nicest person I have ever encountered. She was efficient, kind, considerate. I had already had another company coming to help but because of her I canceled them. I felt like if she worked for your organization, it must be a great organization. I then met Ryan. I felt comfortable that he was in control, helped me with what to do next explained everything clearly, followed up, again helped me through the process and followed up with everyone else who needed to get involved. Then Joey came to finish the work, he is certainly a professional, I don't think he could do a bad job because, first he knows exactly what needs to be done and how to do it correctly and perfectly and second his work was impeccable, the walls and painting look better than they did before. I think he wouldn't leave unless the job was done to perfection. It's definitely worth it to me to deal with such fine people which is a reflection of your organization.
